I will follow all ALWAYS CLOSE BY, INC. rules and procedures governing account usage. I understand that these rules may be revised and that I will be given notice of any changes via email or in writing

I understand that violation of certain generally accepted guidelines on Internet usage, such as giving access to unauthorized users, would be a likely cause for the termination of my account.

I will use my ALWAYS CLOSE BY, INC. account in a way that conforms to all-applicable laws and regulations.

I will maintain my password as private and confidential information.

I will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.

The subscriber understands that all related subscription rate charges are to be collected, administrated and discussed with your child's Childcare center. After the first week of free service, billing will automatically start through your daycare center.

I understand that ALWAYS CLOSE BY, INC. reserves the right to terminate my account at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to my failure to abide by the terms of this agreement or my failure to pay any fees or charges when due. Cancellations/Refunds must be made directly with your Childcare center.

I understand that ALWAYS CLOSE BY, INC. makes no warranties of any kind, either express, implied, or statutory concerning the data or information available through the ALWAYSCLOSEBY network. I understand that use of my ALWAYS CLOSE BY, INC. account, and any data or information accessed using that account, will be completely at my own risk.

I understand that ALWAYS CLOSE BY, INC. shall have no liability for the services, data or information made available to me, including any liability for any consequential, indirect, special or incidental damages regardless of the success or effectiveness of other remedies. I understand that ALWAYS CLOSE BY, INC. relies on other Company's Internet related services to offer this subscription service and ALWAYS CLOSE BY, INC. will not be held responsible for other company's technical challenges such as downed telephone lines, downed ISP service, faulty hardware provided by ISP companies supporting service, faulty hardware or circuit connections from local telephone companies, and broken, faulty and/or under powered end-user computer systems. End-users Dial-up/ISDN/DSL/Cable modem and related services are the responsibility of their local service provider.

This agreement represents an agreement between ALWAYS CLOSE BY, INC. and the ALWAYS CLOSE BY, INC. user. We reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice. If amendments to this policy are made, email notice will be sent to the above provided email account address, informing of the change(s)
